I’m not receiving notifications. What should I do?
If you’re not getting reminders for your events, please check the following:
1. Phone’s notification settings
Go to your phone’s settings and make sure notifications for Chouchou are turned on.
If they are turned off, you won’t receive any notifications.
2. Chouchou App’s notification settings
Open the app settings inside Chouchou and check that notifications are enabled for your calendar.
Also, make sure the reminder time for your events is set correctly.
3. Battery saver / notification restrictions
If your phone’s battery saver mode or notification restrictions are enabled, notifications may not come through.
Please try turning these settings off if necessary.
4. App version
If you’re not using the latest version of the app, notifications may not work properly.
Please update Chouchou Calendar from the App Store.
